I didn't start in tech.

I started as a call center agent, where I learned the value of communication, discipline, and delivering results under pressure.

I later became a BPO leader, managing teams, improving operations, and building processes that helped people perform at their best.

As my career evolved, I found myself helping founders build and scale agencies behind the scenes. I designed recruitment operations, outbound sales engines, lead generation workflows, client delivery systems, and go-to-market strategies that supported business growth.

Over the last decade, I've worked across outsourcing, operations, recruitment, sales, GTM, and AI.

One lesson has remained constant:

Businesses don't scale because people work harder. They scale because they build better systems.

That's why I created HelloTrey.

Today, I package the systems I've built and refined over the years into practical resources that others can implement, from AI automations and GTM playbooks to templates, SOPs, and operating frameworks.

They were shaped through years of building teams, scaling agency operations, designing GTM engines, and launching products, including JobCentra, the career OS I founded and built for Filipino remote professionals.
