The first career OS built for Filipino remote professionals.
I started in operations management, moved into remote work as a Virtual Assistant, then helped build a remote staffing agency. Along the way I kept seeing the same pattern: capable people losing out on remote roles because the job search itself is fragmented. Too many job boards, resumes that fail ATS screening, no way to track applications, and no clear guidance on how to stand out. So I built JobCentra to fix it.
Most platforms help people find jobs. JobCentra is built to help them get hired, because getting hired is not about applying more. It is about applying smarter.

A guided profile builder with ATS analysis, resume optimization, and career role matching, so applications stop failing screening before a recruiter ever sees them.

A personalized remote job feed with AI match scores based on the candidate's actual experience, instead of thousands of irrelevant listings.

Job Journey tracking
One board replacing spreadsheets and browser tabs. Paste any job link to save it, then move it from Interested to Applied to Interview to Hired.

AI-scored intro video
A 30 to 90 second intro recorded in-app with a teleprompter built from the resume. Whisper and Claude score setup, delivery, and message, and it becomes one shareable recruiter link with view analytics.
